Hotel is in a fantastic location, very central with just a short walk to all local attractions and amenities. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! They helped us to coordinate with airport lost property and also noted a birthday we were celebrating and brought a cake.

The host and her husband are super kind and always ready to help. The rooms are amazing (we had the big one with the window and it was so clean and comfortable). It’s a bit outside Hoi An but the hosts had bikes for us (for free) and we used them everyday to go into the city center (6 min). Would 100% recommend.

It is in a great location less than 10minute walk from lots of food in the town. We enjoyed it here as it was quiet and away from the busy streets and nightlife. The room was very spacious and excellent value for money. The family was so lovely and answered any queries we had and we could also arrange a taxi to da Nang train station. Would definitely stay again.

Lee is a great host, friendly and professional, we were halfway our trip and booked especially because of the washing machine and dryer, which was brilliant. The bed is comfortable, not so hard for a change and the shower is just perfect with actual hot water and pressure 😁 Also very good to have refill for drinking water to avoid the many single use plastic bottles.

I really want to take the time to write a review about how amazing this stay was! I stayed for 3 nights and was sad to leave. Mr Hai and his wife are so friendly. For instance, I texted that I was going to arrive very early in the morning and he tried to manage if I could check in so early (even though official check in time would be 15:00). Also, he made sure my laundry was done (honestly, some clothes have never been cleaner, I need the tips of that laundromat company! ;-) ). Every day, they gave me free bottles of water and also he arranged a lovely tour and the taxi to the airport for me. Oh, I almost forget that as a guest you can lend the bicycle for free, i’d say the best way to explore Hoi an. In short, wonderful stay with wonderful people. If I ever come back to Hoi An, I will stay again with Mr and Mrs Hai.
