Pleasant room with plenty of space, and an exceptional balcony. Very well located in a quiet street (easily walkable to the old town). The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful! Very attentive during our stay and often gave us tips about places to go to have a coffee/food/visit, and it's really worth it! :)

Kim Phu Villa is a family-owned hotel on a quiet street, owned and run by a lovely and very welcoming family. There are several local restaurants close by, and it's a short 15-minute walk to the centre of Hoi An Ancient Town. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a great shower. We felt so welcome and comfortable there, we booked to return before we left.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The receptionists Emily and Nancy were wonderful - they were so helpful with booking transfers, laundry and recommendations. The design of the hotel is really cool and they’re even building a bistro to have more of a food offering which will elevate the experience even more. The beds were unbelievably comfy we slept so well! The location is just outside of the old quarter - 10 minute walk max.

The location is unbeatable for my mom and I, neither too commercial nor too isolated still super convenient for everything!
