The hotel is on a quiet part of town. It isn't in the center of the bar area but it's very walkable to just about anything that you might want to do. The breakfast food was very good and we were really happy with the atmosphere at the breakfast buffet. We arrived quite late and check-in was no problem. The room we got had a balcony that overlooked the garden, the pool and the surrounding rooftops. The shower was nice with good water pressure, space and hot water.

This was the best hotel I stayed at in Vietnam. The rooms are beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need – it was actually the only hotel I found that offered hair conditioner! The location is perfect; the Old Town, restaurants, cafes, and tailor shops are all within walking distance.
The real highlight is the staff. An and Helen are the heart of the place – incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to answer questions or offer recommendations. At check-in, you receive a brochure with all the essential information. The hotel also offers a free walking tour, which is a wonderful introduction to Hoi An and its history. Cindy was a fantastic guide, answering all questions with genuine enthusiasm.
Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

Awesome place! Super! The best hotel for the entire month-long vacation! verything is exactly as in the pictures. Spacious room, large and comfortable shower room. My room had a separate exit with a door to my own terrace the size of half a room! In the corridor on the floor, free water and dishes (plates, spoons, mugs, knife). You can park your motorbike on site. The owner is great! She advised and helped. The hotel can hand over things for washing, they wash quickly and the clothes are dry (most likely they are dried in a dryer).

This family hotel, just 10 minutes walk ( with the bike, which you can you use for free, 5 minutes) away from the ancient town, is situated en a quit area, has lovely clean rooms and the hosts are the most helpfull and sweet people! Anybody going to Hoi An, I will recommand this lovely little hotel!

The very sociable hostess welcomed us in a very modern small building designed personally by the male host. We were able to have many conversations with the hostess and even buy beautiful clothes at the showroom on the second floor. Although it was possible to walk to nearby restaurants, we could also call an electric car for transportation. It was a beautiful hotel where I would love to stay again if I visit Hoi An.
