Everything. Check-in - Excellent. Inviting and efficient. Room - Excellent. Super comfortable, spacious, smelt wonderful. We also were given a free room upgrade. Loved our room. Housekeeping service the room every day and come back in the late afternoon to refill your water bottles, refresh your towels if needed, turn down the bed and close the curtains. Super comfortable beds. Facilities - beautiful surroundings that encourage a sense of relaxation. I especially enjoy the pool area and spa. There is also a gym with everything you need for a workout. Staff - 10/10. The staff are conscientious, friendly, helpful. They actually go out of their way to ensure your stay is what you want to make it. We extended our stay from 3 to 8 nights. Highly recommend choosing the Almanity. It is also a 5-10 minute walk into the old quarter. Close to amazing "Phi Banh Mi" and Vegetarian restaurant "Minh Kien". Literally a walk across the road and down a bustling back street 😀

Super nice, helpfull and happy staff!! The hotel was beatiful hotel and the room was big and clean (the balcony was a nice extra). The breakfast wasn´t very big but had all the right things so we were very happy (we think it was better than we expected and much better compared to many other 4 star hotels in Vietnam).The hotel was little far away from the centre (old town) but it was ok because it was easy and quick to bike there (and the hotel had bikes we could use for free).

from the moment that I arrived I felt welcomed, and I extended my stay because of how good it felt to be there with such a kind family. For me the location was perfect = away from the main tourist area, but close enough to access everything in Hoi An.

Everything was perfect here room was nice. My friend lost he’s credit card will walking on the road. The owner of the hotel immediately got on he’s bike and started looking for it he also asked he’s family to help look for it. So overall he was so friendly such good service highly recommend it.

The host is a one of a kind individual. Really enjoyed her! Hoi An is not my favorite City in Vietnam, but this hostel was amazing to meet other people. Super clean!

One of the best hostels I have been ever. The staff is so nice, they are always helping you out. The room is super clean, the bed comfortable and with a light inside your bed and curtains. Regarding to the location, is not in the city center but is just 1,5 km away so you can take a free bike and move your legs until the center. They arranged for me to rent a motorbike to explore Da Nang and the Marble Mountains and a sleeping bus to go to Da Lat. THANK YOU GUYS 🙏🏽 María
