We stayed at this Japanese style hotel during our time in the southern part of Phu Quoc. The location was excellent – right across from the cable car and nearby other activities with a small 24-hour market conveniently next door. The hotel offered a free ticket to the Sun World Hon Thom cable car, theme park, water park, and the Kiss Bridge. It also offered a free sightseeing tour in the Sunset Town, however we did not take part in it. We received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The room itself was beautiful, with a calm Japanese atmosphere. The soft, adjustable lighting created a pleasant ambiance. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay. The bathroom was especially nice. Everything was very clean, new, and functioned as expected. The balcony offered a direct view of the evening fireworks, which was a highlight. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, polite, and genuinely caring. Service was excellent across all touchpoints. Breakfast was small but well prepared. The hotel gym was more than sufficient for a holiday stay. The spa, like the rest of the hotel, was clean, peaceful, and tastefully designed. The spa staff were also polite, skilled, and professional, contributing to a relaxing experience. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, largely thanks to the consistently high level of service and attention to details. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and effortless holiday. If you appreciate good service, a calm atmosphere, and thoughtful details, this place is your choice.

We loved everything about the resort. Beautiful and quirky architecture, clean beach, fabulous pools, amazing staff, large grounds and lots to do. It was our anniversary and we arrived to a beautifully decorated bed and a delicious cake. Thank you very much. We had an amazing time.

This apartment is truly an ideal place to stay. The space is very clean and fully equipped with modern amenities, providing a comfortable, home-like experience. Fantastic apartment — clean, comfortable. The host was incredibly accommodating and even met us on arrival to personally show us to the room, which was a lovely touch. The rooftop pool was a real highlight, offering stunning views of the light show and fireworks. A perfect spot to relax in the evenings. Highly recommend this place — we’d definitely stay again!
