Everything, couldn’t fault the place. The hotel was clean and comfortable, location brilliant and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Added bonus was breakfast included and so much choice.

This property was a fantastic location in Cleethorpes. The property lacked nothing little extras was amazing (except the chocolate teacakes, which, as a person who watches her weight, wasn't good 😉 lol) the host's was 100% amazing and accommodating, I will definitely return again 😊

    Amazing property, huge, parent for families, even have a high chair. Perfect location. Only downside cigarette buts over the garden so the little one wouldn’t have been able to play in the garden but as only there for 1 night we were out all day so wasn’t a problem, hopefully we can return for longer another time as everything else was perfect.

    Booked this to attend a family funeral for just the 2 of us. We then asked if we could add another 2 people to the booking, the owners were very obliging and got back to us straight away. Very clean house with comfy beds and decent pillows in an excellent location for our needs. Good communication from the owners with pictures to go with the details for finding the key safe and parking spot. Decent amount of utensils and crockery. Overall very pleased.

    The description online was very accurate. Great location near local shops,amenities and seafront. Beautiful family home and small garden with patio chairs and table. Good communication between us,the owner and his management team. Large bathroom and bedrooms. Large kitchen with everything you need for your break plus a welcome basket. Lovely lounge with 2 seating areas so that we could be together,but the kids could watch their own films/tv. Any queries during our stay were actioned immediately.

    The house was gorgeous and extremely comfortable and clean! Perfect space for our first holiday with our baby boy as we were able to use his play mat in the living room and have some family members over to spend time together.
