We loved staying with Mzia. Her family have renovated their beautiful old stone house for decades. We had lots of interesting conversations and wonderful food for breakfast and dinner. Mzia was incredibly welcoming and got up early to give us breakfast at 5am!!!!! so we could bicycle 85km to Tbilisi before the wind came up and it got hot.

Beautiful property with a gorgeous garden (vines, pomegranate trees!) that we could look at from the balcony as well as a view of the hills. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean and there is a living room as well. We had a lovely welcome, very friendly hosts and warm kind offers of food. The location is perfect for the Uplistsikhe site, nice and quiet.
