Everything. The facilities, quirky decor, spa, pool, service, breakfast, incredible meals, sitting by the fire in the beautiful bar, your skis and boots sitting ready for you in morning, the free popcorn machine and candy stall in the foyer, the real fire in the room and the balcony with a Mountain View. Did I mention the staff? This beautiful team of people are incredible. It’s a very rare thing to see such professionalism delivered without an inch of stiffness and a genuinely warm and friendly manner. Not just from one or two, but every single person on the staff.

the location of the hotel for the gondola and to ski back was excellent. the breakfast was amazing they had everything you could think of hot and cold and nothing was to much trouble. evening meal every night was a different tasting menu which was fantastic none of us could fault it. the facilities and the spa was excellent the whole hotel has been designed from the ground up and everything has been though through.

We were with our 10 months old baby boy, everything was arrange incredible for us. I m with back problems , and i can tell , beds were very comfortable , We were on HB , everything was organized incredible . . The location is perfect . Overall amazing experience and Martina was such an exceptional host! Everything was very well communicated and she was very responsive the whole time. The Chalet Marmotta houses four apartments, and we stayed on the top floor. With three suites, our apartment was very well-equipped and offered a breathtaking view. Every detail is carefully thought out. With an elevator, spa, and ski room, the amenities go far beyond the space reserved for us! We had an incredible week and will be back in 2026!

Barbara went over and above to make sure that our stay was wonderful. She was welcoming and always on hand to help with any questions. The apartment was beautiful and very well located for ski lifts and for walking into the town. A tasty breakfast was delivered each morning at the time of our choosing. One of our party is lactose intolerant and vegan. Their dietary needs were specifically catered for. In the basement of the building there is a well set up ski room with boot dryers and plenty of storage. Additionally their is a sauna which was lovely after a day's skiing.
