The apartments are well furnished with anything you might need to stay. The place is clean and well taken care of. Everything is well explained on arrival, with clearly written and laminated documentation. Gabriele, the branch manager, was very friendly and helpful. We even received extra portable AC units due to the heatwave (on top of the built-in central AC, which was enough for most of the stay).

Location is absolutely beautiful, staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served with a lot of good food and drinks. Christmas decorations are amazing. Bar is great with live music.

Honestly, everything. The view was marvelous and magic, service was beyond expectation, the breakfast was superb, they have a shuttle service that brings you downtown, to the airport and to the rail station, this place is absolutely the place to be. It was an absolute blast! Pure paradise
