Loved the Christmas decorations (it saved me getting the ones were had brought out of the car). The milk and goodies were also a nice touch. On a very cold and frosty afternoon in the dark it was great to walk into a warm welcoming house. The Wifi was also good (there isn't much of a phone signal in the valley there).

The staff here are truly exceptional - second visit and equally as good as the first - Barbara the housekeeper brightens your stay with a smile and a welcome Anna the réception manager helpful and just genuinely lovely and every member of staff you meet in between make this a special place to stay
