The customer experience in this hotel is incredible ! Check-in was very smooth, luggage were brought to our rooms. The staff is very friendly ans helpful with any requests. This hotel is a gem. Worth the trip. How hotels should be, alive, glamorous, ethernal, elegant. One of the nicest hotels I have ever experienced. The staff is genuinely friendly. Everybody.
