We had an amazing stay at the hotel. We were greeted with a warm welcom, and check-in process was prompt. The rooms were very spacious and elegantly designed with all luxury toiletries. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with options to suit every taste. Convenient access to Forum mall is definitely a plus! We had a wonderful time and highly recommend!

Having stayed at a few different hotels and properties during our visit to Kochi, Forte Kochi was by far our favourite. Not only was the entire hotel beautiful and cool, the staff's hospitality was wonderful. We loved the pool, as well, and were happy to meet fellow travellers. It is worth staying for the architecture alone.

Room was very clean and comfortable, service from all staff was excellent and this made our stay really memorable. The additional amenities like the afternoon tea and guided history tour added that little extra to our experience. Location also great for ferries, shops and restaurants.     Property location was just so good as I liked the calm and quiet surroundings. It is clean and well maintained, and the hotel staff were the sweetest people - 5 stars on politeness & courtesy. Special gestures from the staff made the stay more memorable.

    Welcome staff was polite, courteous and hardworking, especially there were four ladies, two trainees at the lobby and two at the driveway - no doubts! Breakfast - okay; nothing exceptional, we have stayed in so many 5 stars, though, we had much better breakfast options before. Sorry but live counters were a disaster; under pressure, they cannot handle ordered food, it was clearly evident. Staff does not take the instructions properly.
