Everything, the hotel personnel will take care of you. The service is exceptional (at the hotel, the restaurant and at the swimming pool) and the hotel and the whole area is magnificent. Next time in Delhi I will come back to Maidens without any hesitation. Thank you for making the stay this special.

The property was pristine, beautiful, smelt nice and had an array of modern facilities. The food was also delightful and the staff offered exceptional service. Mohit, a manager at the front desk was a rock star and possessed the right mix of professionalism and empathy. He made my settling in easy after a long flight and problems with a previous hotel I was booked in that made me relocate to Shangri-La. I can boldly say that the reviews of this property are accurate.
