During my recent stay I had the pleasure of interacting with Taranga, the front office in charge. Their warmth and efficiency made check-in a breeze, and throughout my stay, they were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The reception team as a whole was incredibly welcoming and hospitable, creating a comfortable atmosphere from the moment I arrived. Special mention goes to Roshan the restaurant manager, whose friendly demeanor and attentive service added to the overall exceptional experience. I highly recommend the Golden Crown Hotel for its outstanding staff and impeccable service.

I loved the view. Room had private pool overlooking mountains with a breath taking view. Food was delicious. We ordered from hotel restaurant and prices were good. The place is quiet. Staff are very nice and helpful. I loved the outdoor shower with indoor bathroom. Room had ac. Bathroom had hot water. Towels were supplied and clean. Sheets smelled nice and fresh. It was my sister birthday and they prepared a complimentary small cute cake with few balloons. It was nice. They offered inroom breakfast but we had it in restaurant to avoid bugs and ants.

Amazing views and place. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was super kind to us and helpful at all times. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and can say that the food was delicious. All in all, excellent quality for price. What a pity we only stayed for one night! 100% recommended!

When booking this Hotel I thought it looked nice, but that just do not do it justice. The welcome was perfect with an intro massage whilst checking in. The views from the reception are absolutely stunning set in an idyllic location. The staff were incredibly attentive, the room was exceptional with an in nature feel about it being so well positioned and overlooking the nature park. The only noises to hear were nature itself. Wonderful choices for food and drinks both local and international.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. The setting in Sri Lanka’s lush “foliage” is breathtaking, and the way the architecture blends into the landscape is not only beautiful but simply genius. We felt an overwhelming sense of peace from the moment we arrived. The Ayurvedic treatments and wellness programs were life-changing, and the team are so positive and treated us with so much kindness and thoughtfulness. The food was beyond amazing—every meal was filled with such flavour. Santani gave us everything we needed to truly sought to reconnect and release going into the new year.
