Peter and Michel were fantastic hosts and made us feel really welcomed. Amazing views, gorgeous room and great home cooked breakfast. Getting to feed the deer and sheep was an added bonus and we also got to play with their lovely labs. Cannot recommend enough!

I loved our private jacuzzi. The hosts, Rob and Karen were lovely. Their breakfasts are delicious. The decor of the lodge sure makes it feel like home. We enjoyed our stay.

The location was 10 minute drive from the centre of Taupo, breakfast was excellent. Angie and Garth were incredibly friendly giving us help with places to eat and all around the local area. Despite the cold weather in New Zealand for summer we had a fire in the lodge to keep us warm.

Great clean room everything we needed and they made checking in early very easy

was a last min booking around Xmas and price jumped a little but expected it as was last room they had. lovely staff and room was big and lovely. great location on the lake. kids loved it.

The property was really tidy and well-maintained, and the pool was warm and clean. The staff and manager were very welcoming, and we felt right at home. It was perfect.
