Review of Gleam Collection Hotel, Istanbul Gleam Collection Hotel is undoubtedly one of the best choices for accommodation in Istanbul, especially for those who value a prime location. Situated just steps away from the metro, bus stops, numerous restaurants, shopping outlets, and even a shopping mall, the hotel’s convenience is unmatched. We found the hotel to offer exceptional value for money. We booked two rooms and arrived very early; to our delight, one room was already ready, allowing us to settle in without delay. To make things even better, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite for the second room. The suite was outstanding, featuring a separate lounge that added an extra layer of comfort. Next time, I wouldn’t hesitate to book it directly. The service at the hotel was top-notch. Check-in was seamless and efficient, thanks to the friendly and professional staff. Mahsum stood out for his warm welcome and helpful attitude during check-in and breakfast service. A special shoutout to Emre Can, who was the most attentive and accommodating waiter we encountered, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. Gleam Collection Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, from its unbeatable location to its exceptional service and comfort. Highly recommended, and we’re looking forward to returning!

So glad I picked this hotel. It's beautiful, you can walk to all the main sights in Istanbul, the bed was so comfortable, the shower had good pressure and nice, hot water. The wifi worked consistently well. The rooftop bar and restaurant are lovely with a good selection of tasty food, and interesting cocktails. My little balcony had a view of mosques. But what really raises it above the ordinary is the staff, especially Jacob on the front desk and Issa in the rooftop restaurant. They couldn't do enough for me, including having a staff member walk down to the bank machine with me the night I arrived. I hope to get back some day.

The staff made our stable amazing. They were extremely welcoming, helped us out with taxi when we arrived, we had trouble paying by card and they saved us! Helped me out with my hair appointment and restaurant booking. Pizza place downstairs and rooftop restaurant are worth checking out, food and service were great in both places.
