The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.

The Beatus Wellness & SPA Hotel in Merligen - Interlaken is located right in a large park on the shore of Lake Thun. The staff were wonderful and catered to our every need. It was was great being all inclusive for meals and spa amenities!

It really created a relaxing environment which is what we were looking for. We got upgraded to a Junior suite a really nice surprise.

The Art Nouveau-style Grand Hotel Belvedere hotel in the car-free village Wengen enjoys an elevated position, a 5-minute walk from the centre, and offers magnificent views of the Jungfrau mountain and... The staff, the cleanness, and the room’s view. Their breakfast and dinner are great too.

Amazing spa and very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were spacious and clean. The property itself looked gorgeous

Amazing staff, they really went beyond and above. Great quality breakfast. Outstanding room (Junior Suite) with breathtaking views and spotless clean. Excellent SPA area.

Gstaad is a pristine Alpine village that’s somehow equally out-of- this-world as it is down-to-earth. To experience all its wonders, escape to undoubtedly one of the finest properties in Switzerland. Staff is so courteous and friendly, picked us up from the train station and were excellent our entire stay. The spa was also beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious too’

Opened in December 2012, this luxurious 5-star hotel in Gstaad was built in elegant Swiss Alpine style, featuring natural materials like marble, sandstone and aged wood. One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at; gorgeous location , facilities and the staff were amazing !
