Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern dispone de jardín, terraza, restaurante y bar en Lucerna. Every possible detail was considered when creating the room amenities, functionality and design. The staff was phenomenal, especially the registration personnel, but truly everyone was amazing.

Exceptional staff who did everything they could to ensure our stay was first class. Magnificent accommodation and stunning views over the lake. This is a first class hotel and I highly recommend it.

The hotel’s interiors are stunning. Best room I’ve ever slept in. Also, the staff were super nice and attentive, and the service impeccable (night of 6/11, lady at the bar also was great). They made my stay truly amazing!

The Renaissance Lucerne Hotel is a modern 5-star hotel in a historic city palace, 3 minutes' walk from Lucerne Train Station and 200 metres from Lake Lucerne. Location was amazing, private parking spot was amazing. Room was upgraded which also was amazing.
