Desde el momento en que llegué, el personal fue excepcionalmente amable y atento, lo que hizo que me sintiera bienvenido y valorado. Las instalaciones del hotel son modernas y bien mantenidas, y la habitación en la que me alojé era cómoda y limpia. Sin duda, el ambiente del hotel contribuyó a mi relajación y disfrute de la estadía.

Amazing value for the level of comfort and service! The staff was incredibly attentive, helpful, and genuinely hospitable — they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and we especially loved the avocado toast at breakfast. The view was absolutely stunning, and the house had everything we needed — including a shower with a window overlooking a breathtaking landscape and a jacuzzi on the terrace. Overall, we had an amazing time and would love to come back again!

A beautiful 3 generation finca in a gorgeous valley location with a river just across the street and a stream behind the house. Off the main road io Cócora so easy to get a passing by Jeep. Or walk to nearby restaurants. Incredibly warm staff but not invasive. Delicious breakfast including fresh milk, butter and eggs from the farm as well as fresh arepas, beans and tropical fruit. Coffee and water always available. Quiet relaxing atmosphere- incredibly peaceful. They provide rubber boots for walks nearby. Helped us with organizing activities and transport. Really top! Nice hot shower as well. You can request lunch and dinner ahead of time. Comfortable bed.

Por ser un hotel pequeño, el número de huéspedes es poco, lo que se traduce en un ambiente tranquilo y muy familiar. El chalet tiene diferentes locaciones, y en una de ellas, se puede escuchar música (rokola), o divertirse con juegos de mesa para niños y adultos. La piscina es otra área, donde se puede disfrutar. La habitación con baño privado nos pareció cómoda y confortable. El señor Jairo y Alejandra, quienes están encargados de atender a los huéspedes, son muy amables y serviciales; siempre dispuestos a hacernos sentir como en casa. Igualmente la Administradora que se caracteriza por su sencillez, amabilidad y por tener siempre un sonrisa. Otro aspecto a destacar, es el desayuno que está incluido, nos pareció bueno en cantidad y calidad.

One of my favourite places I have ever stayed (and I worked at a travel magazine for years). Such lovely people, beautiful rooms and the most breathtaking location. Breakfast looking out onto the mountains every morning! Wow.
