Over all I had a perfect stay I really enjoyed it and will definitely repeat next April

The location, amidst beautiful green, and a little bit further from the hustle and bustle of Karlsbad centre, is a secret tip for a relaxing few days away. The excellent and very personalized service, the well varied breakfast and the spacious and very comfortable room together with a perfect sauna experience and massage made our trip quite memorable.

The modern Harvey Spa Hotel is located close to the central forest park of the spa town Františkovy Lázně, 900 metres from the Train Station. Everything was perfect, the cleanliness, comfort, spa was very clean and neat, warm water in the pool. Breakfast was also great :)

Built in the early 1900s, Hotel Imperial is a well-known landmark in Karlovy Vary. Its award-winning spa centre offers an indoor pool, and the restaurant hosts cooking shows. It was so nice of the staff to answer my request when i asked for a nice room, they put me on the highest floor with a view. That was what sold it to me that they are attentive. Definitely will be back.

Here's an improved version of the review: Our experience was truly memorable! From the moment we were picked up by a gentleman in a stylish suit, everything felt effortlessly classy. The ride to the motel was smooth, and upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink—a delightful start that perfectly complemented the stunning architecture. The food was exceptional, with every dish thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavour. The wait staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and eager to make our experience enjoyable. Their warm personalities and professionalism truly stood out. However, there were a few hiccups. The general manager seemed a bit disorganized, asking me the same question twice within 20 minutes and making a few errors during dinner service. While this didn’t overshadow the overall experience, it was noticeable. Special thanks to Anna, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Her friendly demeanor and dedication to excellent service made a lasting impression. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to returning soon!
