The hotel is located about a 30 minute walk to the city center, the hotel has a shuttle service several times a day round trip, in short an excellent and high quality hotel highly recommended for travelers in Florence

I arrived late to the hotel because I missed the last train from Verona to Florence and faced a couple of issues, they were very kind to me and helpful.

I had asked in advance to prepare a cake for my son’s birthday, and we were greeted with one of the most delicious desserts we’ve ever had. Dinner was excellent ,the cuisine deserves special praise, and the chef is truly talented. Everything was absolutely flawless! Highly recommended!

The property, nestled in the rolling Tuscan hills, consists of a main building and a converted tobacco warehouse, hosting in total 146 rooms and suites. The attention to detail by staff, the warm welcome and small surprises along the way. Castelfalfi is beautifully decorated, very inviting, a feast for the eyes. Breakfast was fantastic, cocktails in the lounge before dinner were great. The singers in the lounge and dining area sang beautifully, authentic live entertainment. Dinner menu and food fabulous, the staff very attentive, always ensuring everything was perfect. The gardens superbly maintained, the views everywhere were magical. The pools looked very inviting, other guests taking advantage of the heated pool and views. We loved the little shops, lovely products. We're taking home some purchases to remind us of this memorable stay. Every moment at Castelfalfi was worth it.

Such individual attention is rare even in high end stays and cannot be replicated. Food and drinks were wonderful and the concierge was unbelievable in assisting our requests! Too much positivity too simply put into words, some resorts make stays magical and this is one. Dont miss the experience.
