The Riad is absolutely beautiful with a great location. The best part of the whole experience is the hotel manager . He made our stay so memorable.

I extended my stay twice because I feel at home. The Riad is really beautiful and clean. The suite number 2 is huge and exquisite. The staff is exceptionally caring and very professional. I watched Mustafa, Meryeme, and Kenza go out of their way to cater to all the guests. I am still here because I love it.

The Marriott ensures impeccable service and it never disappoints me. The amazing staff ensures to make it a pleasant stay. A young lady named Noura at the reception was very welcoming & ensured that my stay was pleasant & comfortable. She helped me at the time of troubleshooting too. Mohammad at the Moroccan restaurant was a great host & the lady at the room service desk was prompt & very helpful. I would like to congratulate the group for the amazing staff.

Το Riad Amira Luxury Palace διαθέτει δωμάτια με κλιματισμό και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο στη Φεζ, σε απόσταση 3,5 χλμ και 700μ από τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος Βασιλικό Παλάτι Fes και Bab Bou Jeloud Fes, αντίστοιχα.... Everything was perfect. The staffs were super nice and kind(especially Muhammad, thanks!). The hotel staff picked me up when I arrived, and took me to the meeting point on my last day going to another city. Fes medina is not an easy place to find a way, so it was very helpful! (Other hotels don’t do that unless you pay more). My room was pretty big, and the facilities were in a good condition. The location couldn’t be better.

Το Palais Faraj Suites & Spa βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του Fès, σε ένα πρώην αραβικό-μαυριτανικό παλάτι και προσφέρει θέα στη Μεντίνα. I stayed at the Palais Faraj just for one night and it gives me unforgettable emotions. The hotel has the best panoramic view in Fes. The restaurant on the rooftop offers different types of Cuisine: Moroccan and European. Both of them are amazing there. This is important part of my experience(!!): Unfortunately, after check out on the way to Marrakech I realized that I forgot my sweater at the hotel room. And thanks a lot for Manager Maryem. She did impossible really! She delivered me my sweater from Fes to Marrakech during 24 hours (!!!). I travel a lot, but I’m amazed by this type of service. She was so kind to me and helpful. We kept in touch until I got my sweater with me. This was priceless. I’m so glad for her attitude to me. Maryem, if you are reading this, thank you so much. I definitely highly recommend this hotel.
