Cleaniness and calme. The room was big enough , clean and the bed was comfortable.The managment is there for any help you need. Everyone was helpful and wanted your stay to be unforgetable. My little girl had her birthday on the same day of check in and iI asked the hotel if they can prepare something for her and they said with pleasure. They prepared a small birthday party for her. Really you made her day. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart for the nice birthday surprise which made my liitle girl so happy. Thank you very much for everyone who involved in the preparation and participated in the birthday party. Big thank you! Το Riad Le panoramique βρίσκεται στη Φεζ και προσφέρει καταλύματα 5 αστέρων με ιδιωτικά μπαλκόνια. Αυτό το κατάλυμα προσφέρει στους επισκέπτες βεράντα, αλλά και υπηρεσία δωματίου. Location, breakfast, staff and room. All was more than perfect. Parking was very easy, just use parking Bab Jdid is at the end of the medina , it is very easy and safe to park there. The breakfast was really good and a good variety and fresh food. The room was quite large with good air-conditioning and the bathroom was really clean.

I extended my stay twice because I feel at home. The Riad is really beautiful and clean. The suite number 2 is huge and exquisite. The staff is exceptionally caring and very professional. I watched Mustafa, Meryeme, and Kenza go out of their way to cater to all the guests. I am still here because I love it.

Spacious, clean and very comfortable room, with a great bathroom and balcony. Every member of staff we encountered went above and beyond expectations. Breakfast was wonderful, with a huge selection of fresh, well prepared food. The staff catering breakfast were a massive asset to the hotel. Perfect stay!

Had an early dinner there and the food was really good. The bar was also good with live music. And Yes the view from the roof top is second to one in Fes.
