The cleanliness was amazing and the bed was excellent. The hotel reception staff was so helpful, especially Miss Seray, the duty manager was exceptionally helpful and hospitable. Overall great experience, and I would definitely book again.

Situated in Muscat, and directly linked to the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre, JW Marriott Hotel Muscat features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool... Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The valet was always quick to get my car. Breakfast buffet had so much variety, it was lovely. The gym is great for a hotel and I really liked the addition of a lap pool.

Set in Shatti Al Qurum Beach Area in Muscat, W Muscat features an outdoor swimming pool. All the rooms come with air conditioning and a flat screen TV with satellite channels. the place is simply amazing, the staff, the reception team and everything.. it was my first trip to Oman, and next time will definitely book again. great view from the room, plus the room itself is large and equipped with all you need..

Located in the center of Muscat, 5 km from Mutrah Souq and National Museum , the tallest hotel in Muscat, Sheraton Oman Hotel features a bar and spectacular views of the city. We had a truly wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. The breakfast experience was a highlight of our mornings; the entire team was attentive, but Mouhammed and Agnes stood out with their warmth and genuine hospitality, especially with our 4-year-old daughter. Room service was excellent as well, and we want to especially thank Abbas for his helpfulness and assistance throughout our stay. The concierge service also went above and beyond. The Concierge Manager Assistant and Miss Abeer not only helped us with recommendations and city arrangements but also assisted us with resolving a parking fine, something we deeply appreciated, as it shows how much they care about their guests’ comfort beyond the hotel itself. The Grand Millennium Hotel features 328 rooms, suites and luxury apartments. The room is large and clean, functional. Location is superb. It is attached to the Muscat Grand Mall. It's extremely convenient. Breakfast: Is okay. Staff at the front desk: these staff are extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating, I was lucky enough to have "Kristina" attended to me both time I booked to stay during my trip to Oman between 17-21 December, 2023. She is a real Gem. CRM: When I checked in the second time on this trip, the date was fallen on my birthday, they organised a birthday cake and placed it in my room. I was already impressed with their "can do" attitude and with this surprise, I was even more impressed. This is my third time staying at this hotel. It would be my preferred place to stay when we are in Muscat again.
