Desde antes de mi llegada el personal se ocupó personalmente de organizar mi taxi desde el aeropuerto y ofrecerme una cesta de frutas y dulces increíbles el día del check in. La localización del hotel es maravillosa, frente a la laguna y con muchísimas amenidades al lado del hotel, a las que acceder a pie. Las habitaciones enormes y calidad de las instalaciones excelente. El hammam es seguramente de los mejores del país y el personal del mismo impecable. No tengo ninguna duda de que volveré siempre que vaya a tunez al mismo hotel. Mención especial al personal de recepción y en concreto a khalil por su excepcional trato, cuidado y preparación.

The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus in the summer heat. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh and tasty options. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful — especially Awatef Hamdi, who went above and beyond to make my stay even better. The location was also convenient for exploring the city. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily return.

The iftar meal was the highlight of our visit to Tunisia. Excellent excellent choice of items on buffet, very friendly staff in the dining hall and the cook had the biggest smile in all of Tunisia, lovely reception staff (well versed in english, arabic and french). Mariott was brilliant overall

The driver arrangements were perfectly organized, making all my transfers smooth and stress-free. My room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean, with housekeeping maintaining everything to the highest standards each day. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste, making mornings truly enjoyable. I also loved spending time at the café and the terrace, both of which provided a relaxing atmosphere with excellent service. In addition, the staff were very helpful in guiding me about tourist sites in Tunisia, offering useful recommendations that enriched my trip and made exploring the city easier and more enjoyable. Overall, every detail of my experience — from the warm welcome to the thoughtful services — exceeded expectations and made my stay both comfortable and memorable. A stunning location, a most beautiful villa, we had the swimming pool right in front of our room. Passing time in the Villa Bleue is absolutely relaxing. It was just perfect. We'll come back!

The Mövenpick Hotel is located on the coast of Gammarth, in the suburbs of Tunis. It offers air-conditioned accommodation and a Spa centre and Tunisian restaurant. A great family destination. The facility is kept very well maintained and clean, no AC issues, no cleaning issues, no soundproof issues. Honestly all good. All the staff is professional and very welcoming. The breakfast buffet is fresh and the food is tasty.
