Great stay. We arrived 3 hours early and it wasn’t a problem, room was ready. Great that you get a pass to use the new ski lift every day that you are there. Great spa area and staff all amazing. Idea base to explore the area. Food was great although next time we stay, we will only go bed and breakfast as we like to explore the area and find little restaurants or eat at different times. This is not a criticism of the hotel in any way, just our own preference. Highly recommended.

Everything was excellent. The location, the staff, food, room, terrace was excellent. You can see that they really have an eye on details and that the touch that makes it so tasteful and special are all there. Would also really recommend the restaurant at the hotel, AO restaurant. If we are going back to this area we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Soley in Brixen. The reception was extremely warm and welcoming, making me feel at home right away. The rooms were beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The location in the city center is perfect – everything was simply excellent!

Amazingly kind reception staff! Extra thanks to the lovely Italian girl who assisted us with the check in and was so helpful even though it was late. Also the housekeepers were so lovely, kind, and really did an amazing job all over the property. Bonus points for the amazing location, wellness facilities and breakfast variety! Will be back for sure :)
