Pilguse Residency is a large estate with facilities spread across several buildings. During my visit in July, I stayed in a small cabin with wonderful views over the field and towards the lake. The cabin was tastefully designed and furnished and made for a very comfortable couple of nights. The shower facilities in the main compound were luxurious, as was the restaurant, with excellent breakfasts and evening meals. Staff were kind, attentive and helpful.

The 2 bedroom apartment is spacious, comfy, and was very clean. Having a private sauna in the apartment was nice. The spa house nearby is charming, cozy, and peaceful, with excellent steam and Finnish sauna. It's also pet-friendly, which is particularly important for us when choosing vacation accommodations.
