Air-conditioned unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a TV. Set in a pine wood right by the Thyrrenian Sea, Camping Maremma Sans Souci offers independent cottages with patio. It’s very cute and quaint with a variety of camping types (personal tents and campers but also rentable mobile homes and tent houses). I love that there is not auto traffic though the campground which makes it quiet and safe for walking. The mobile home we rented was clean and comfortable. All linens were included which was appreciated as we were traveling by bike. The beach was really nice and the water was very shallow for a long ways out.

We had a fantastic time here, lots of activieties for kids ( although mostly in Italian ) , very nice swimming pool as well!

This caravan features 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette and a furnished veranda. The staff was very friendly, we really enjoyed our stay.

As you enter this modern and spacious tent, you will find a fridge, microwave and a small table with stools. There are also 2 separate sleeping areas and a covered patio with a table and chairs. I visited this property a couple weeks back and I have to say the stay was amazing. the tent house was spacious and had all the amenities. The receptionist was very helpful and the overall environment was good, the beach was clean. We had a little incident where we visited Rome and our car was broken into and a lot of our luggage was stolen and we ended up staying the night at the police station in Rome but when we arrived the next day back at the property and it was past our checkout time the receptionist was kind enough to let us stay and take rest and did not charge us extra, in total we stayed there for an extra half a day.

Meals can be prepared in the kitchenette, which comes with a stovetop, a refrigerator and kitchenware. The were very helpful and allowed us early check without any charges. Also for let checkout

A wonderful mobile home with a private terrace, very beautiful grounds, plenty of parking. The rooms are just in perfect cleanliness. Private access to the sea and the coastline with sun loungers. The staff is friendly and helpful.
