The bubble is amazing, unique and one of a kind. It feels so luxury and at the same time you’re surrounded by nature. It’s very private and you even have your own outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower (with warm water! The first warm water we had in Kenya!) There is a little village at just 5 minute walk where you can buy fruits, vegetables, chapati, fried potatoes and meat. Serah is an amazing host. Very fast in her response and she’s able to help you with all of the activities: safari in Tsavo west or east, an amazing hike through the mountains or a waterfall trip. Her vision and entrepreneur spirit is amazing to see and she has some great advices. Thank you so much for everything and hopefully we’ll be back one day!

The best location by the beautiful Galano river where you can dine in candlelight looking at the stars and sit around a campfire or lounge on the decks . Breezy , comfortable breakfast area again overlooking the river . Perfect relaxation after a game drive - a swim in the infinity pool , looking at crocs, hippo and elephants in the stretch of river below . So easy to get to on a quiet tarmaced road from Malindi , no crazy Nairobi road !!! Wonderful to have game drives along the river with knowledgable guides. Staff are super friendly and helpful , nothing too much trouble .

Guests will have a special experience as this tent features a pool with a view. The whole place is a breath of fresh air. Their houses are goals, and everything about firefly eco is gorgeous. I liked the house I stayed, the tents were great and the food was delicious. The staff is 10/10. Mr. Jacob, in specific, was very kind, helpful and nice towards us. We loved every second of the stay at Firefly Eco.

Really quiet and cozy place with lots of vegetation that made it a small leafy oasis. Great view from the restaurant which had very good breakfast and food and very good service. The view and facilities in the room were unbeatable. We especially liked the net hammocks that hung out over the sea. The pool area was great with very attentive and friendly staff serving towels and drinks. A boat was available whenever you wanted to go over to Watamu.

This spacious tent has a large patio facing the Sante River. It includes 4-poster beds with mosquito nets and large, netted windows. Location was very scenic and pleasant. Food was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of animals to see. The bush walk and the short night game drive were both really great. We highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again.
