The tent includes a shared bathroom equipped with a shower. The unit offers 1 bed. What a perfect place for connecting with nature! You can feel like in the jungle when listening to the morning birds! The owners are super nice and helpful. The WiFi was super strong for work. Very close to the beach where you can surf or just relax. And a shower.. you can look up the sky when showering! Highly recommended!

Superfriendly and helpfull staff Even after checkout we were still allowed to take a shower. Breakfast was the best, they also have a beverage buffet. All the facilities are superclean. Very relaxing area.

Το Surfing Wombats είναι σε Weligama, σε απόσταση 200μ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Midigama και διαθέτει καταλύματα με κήπο, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό... Firstly the hostel looks different than the pictures, in a good way. They did lots of renovation after the available pictures on Booking. The general atmosphere is like a cool cafe. It is a very comfortable and clean hostel with twin-size bunk beds. The owners are super nice and friendly. They have ping pong tournaments every Friday night and open mic every Tuesday night. I was there at the ping pong tournament and it was so much fun with the excellent presentation of Justin! Such a high-energy person The location is called Midigama, in the middle of Ahangama and Weligama. It’s easy to cycle around (they have two cycles for the guest to use) or catch a local bus (they pass every few minutes in both directions) or a tuk-tuk, or you can rent a motorbike to reach the nearby places. There is a surf spot within walking distance (and there are few shops around to rent a surfboard, I haven’t seen any schools though)

Τα δωμάτια έχουν επιφάνεια 25 τετραγωνικά μέτρα. Immerse yourself in nature on the shores of beautiful Southern Sri Lanka. We loved this beautiful peaceful hotel. Set on huge well looked after grounds on a quiet beach, we could not have found a more relaxing place to spend a few days. The open room was gorgeous and we loved the birding even from the shower! The hotel food was great but do yourself a favour and also try Funny Banana just a few steps away on the beach.
