Chef Barack is a very kind person who makes delicious vegan food. I highly recommend this property.

My partner and I enjoyed every aspect of this experience in the Mhamid desert and in the camp we chose to spend the night. After the tour on the back of the dromedary we arrive in Camp Desert Trips already rich from the experience we have just had and it was no less there. We were welcomed by the staff who are like a family, they immediately offered us a hot mint tea (the first of a long series) and then we enjoyed excellent Moroccan specialties for dinner to end the evening with our eyes fixed on the sky at admire the stars while listening to the traditional songs and music of this welcoming people around the fire.

Featuring free toiletries, this tent includes a private bathroom with a shower. The tent has a terrace with outdoor furniture where you can relax. The unit has 3 beds. Absolutely stunning what these young guys managed to build there in the desert. Luxurious and very clean tents, beautifully decorated with nice carpets and cushions. They even managed to build a fully functioning private toilet, sink with running water and shower inside the tents. Mohammed, his brother and friends run the camp and have been fantastic hosts, very friendly, kind and funny. For dinner we had a wonderful meal of delicious zaalouk and other freshly made salads, the best beef tajine we have ever tasted and a lovely dessert. Breakfast the next day was also excellent. It was the perfect opportunity to enjoy and experience the desert, which in itself was breathtakingly sensational.

Not big dunes, but you can experience the sand colors during sunset and sunrise. The road to the camp is accessible to any type of car. The communication with the host was perfect, and I was waited in the nearby village to be guided to the camp. Comfortably sleeping in the tent. Clean toilet, hot water, shower. Good meals, but the dinner is overpriced. If you need wifi, the hosts provide hotspot access on their phones. Otherwise, note that Internet over Orange is not reliable. The hosts are very attentive and caring, persistently asking if everything is ok.

Dawood and Hicham have been so nice with us, helped us in any way possible, from letting us cook to use the washing machine. Plus the breakfast was 10/10! Living in Morocco means that whenever I travel around I only look for authentic places. Dawoods place is one of them! Thank you Dawood, you are such a good host!

Amazing experience in the dunes of Erg Chigaga. The location just in the middle of the dunes is perfect and very relaxing. Mohammed was very friendly and nice. The transfer to the camp was interesting as we were going through a desert storm so it took over 2 hours. On the way back, it took 1.5 hours. Transfer was for 90€. I would definitely go to this camp again for more nights. 🙂
