Their hospitality goes above and beyond—after I had already checked out, I lost my bag while riding a motorbike. The host retrieved it from the police station and arranged for another guest to bring it back to me in Ho Chi Minh. Truly exceptional service! Highly recommend—this place is a rare find! Full stars!

We were the only guests for our 3 day stay so we had 100% attention. This is a rustic experience on the very edge of the confluence of 2 small rivers. We experienced more bird life here than anywhere else in Vietnam. The host (Richard) was amazing and went out of his way to ensure our every comfort. There is the usual communication difficulties if you don't know Vietnamese but seriously we could make it work. All meals were available with an extensive local menu. They would prepare anything we wanted even if it was not on the menu. All fruit, vegetables and meat & fish was purchased daily from the local market. We wanted a laid back experience after cycling over 500kms prior to our arrival here. We absolutely got it.
