The location is beautiful , the facilities are excellent and the staff superb . The staff goes out of the way to make your stay very enjoyable . We particularly appreciated the services and warmth of restaurant manager of Verbena restaurant and Scangar at Spices , who went out of the way to explain to us about the food and the history of Burgestock .

Το Appartements Hofquartier βρίσκεται στη Λουκέρνη, 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό και το πολιτιστικό και συνεδριακό κέντρο KKL και 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την παλιά πόλη. Location was perfect, very central. Enjoyed having kitchen, living room. Hosts were helpful in guiding us around city, finding the outdoor concerts, etc. Use of washer/dryer was great. We stayed for a week and used the apartment as a base.

The hotel is located on top of the town ensuring unobstructed views of the mountains and the tranquility of the countryside. The food is beautiful. I had dinner twice and absolutely loved the veal rosti. Whilst the room is very maximised in terms of space the beds are super comfy and the shower powerful. The best is the staff though. So welcoming, kind and accommodating. They had a table secured for me every night despite of being open to the public and they offered me towels for me and my dog when we arrived soaked the first day :)
