During my recent business trip to Indonesia, I had the opportunity to stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah for two nights. Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite satisfactory. Firstly, I found the location of the hotel to be convenient, situated in the Pakuwon Indah area of Surabaya. It was close to several business establishments and shopping centers, which made it easy for me to navigate the area during my stay. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the hotel staff, who provided efficient check-in service. The lobby area was spacious and well-designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, providing all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The complimentary bath bomb provided for my bath tub experience on the first night was a thoughtful touch and added an extra level of relaxation to my evening. The bed was cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of meetings. I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi access, which allowed me to stay connected and productive during my stay. In terms of dining options, the hotel offered a selection of restaurants and bars serving a range of cuisines. I had the opportunity to sample some of the local dishes at the hotel's restaurant and I was impressed by the quality and variety of the menu.

The apartment is very clean, we like the rain shower head with strong water pressure hot and cold, complete hotel like amenities, complimentary little snacks, water and coffee tea is a nice touch, we really like the area and easy to go down the mall to get anything we need. Everything is neat and organized. Communication with owner is smooth and easy from the start to finish.

Very well equipped with a cheap laundry service at the lobby. Extremely close to shopping centre. Very easy check-in and check-out process. I would definitely stay there again.

The rooms are much bigger than they look on the photos. Bed is the most comfortable bed I have slept in so far in a hostel! Nice to have the locker inside my bunk bed and curtains are always nice. Shower is in the cubicle with the toilet which is nice. Breakfast is delicious. Staff are very cute. Like 2 mins walk from a laundrette and a convenience store. Good location in the city for exploring. Great shower
