The building itself was really nice, more traditional looking, but with well-equipped rooms and really comfortable. Staff was friendly and nice. Check-in was flexible and with very good instructions.

We had an amazing stay with our very friendly host Danilo. The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There was filtered water, kitchen supplies, comfortable beds, and ample space.

Σε απόσταση μόλις 500μ από Καθεδρικός Ναός του Κόμο, το Appartamento House of Roses con vista Duomo βρίσκεται στο Κόμο και παρέχει με κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge, βεράντα και ΑΤΜ. The location was an easy 10 minute stroll from the ferry port with lots of restaurants nearby. The building is secure and the area safe. A large food store is about 5 minutes walking and is perfect for getting any groceries you might need. The apartment is very beautifully decorated, and has all the amenities, with a huge balcony off the living room overlooking the Cathedral. Thomas is a very wonderful, friendly, kind host who helped us a great deal and made the stay in his apartment very enjoyable. Our only regret is that we stayed only one night in Thomas's apartment, we wish it had been longer. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Como.

The view of Lake Como spreading out in front of me and the beautiful flowers around the house were wonderful. And, in fact, Madame's presence is even more wonderful. I was truly healed by her loving smile and support. In the end, I felt so comfortable that I was sad to go home. I returned to Japan today, but I want to see you again soon.

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived! The house was spotless and we were welcomed with a refreshing drink, which was such a nice touch. The entire place smells amazing and the surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful. Taxis are always available nearby, and there are two great restaurants right beside the house — super convenient! The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need, all the towels were clean, and the garden is lovely to relax in. The AC works perfectly, keeping the whole house cool and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bellagio — you’ll feel right at home!

Massimo and the rest of the staff were super professional, welcoming and caring. The property is beautiful, the gardens and the pool are immaculate, the views - stunning. The view is over Milan and not the lake, but it goes on forever and has a Hollywood Hills vibe. The breakfast and all the snacks, plus honor bar are lovely and very healthy (not the bar :)). Only thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is perched very high in Brunate, so to get down you either have to take the car through the winding and tight roads, or take the funicular… if you take the funicular - don’t try to walk up from it - just trust Massimo when he tells you that it’s a good idea to have them drive you there… it is a rough, highly vertical hike back.
