We absolutely loved our stay at Riad Dar El Maq – it truly felt like a hidden gem in the heart of the medina. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charm of the riad. It's beautifully restored with so much attention to detail, blending traditional Moroccan design with all the comforts you need. The rooftop terrace was definitely the highlight – the view of the ocean was breathtaking, especially at sunset. We spent every evening up there just soaking it all in. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and each had its own unique touch.

We stayed in Mohamed’s terrace apartment for about two weeks, and it was truly wonderful. The space was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and the apartment incredibly spacious—just the two of us, and it felt almost palatial. The terrace was a daily treat, perfect for relaxing any time of day. The location couldn’t be better—just a few blocks from both the medina and the ocean—yet quiet enough to feel like a retreat. A fun bonus: there are plenty of stairs, and the bathroom is on a different floor than the master bedroom. We joked that we were getting in great shape—those stairs did an excellent job balancing out all the delicious Moroccan food we enjoyed! What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was Mohamed. His care and attention made us feel genuinely looked after and completely at home. We felt welcomed and at ease from the moment he met us at the front door. Since we were staying for a longer period, I had many questions, and he always responded with patience and kindness. His communication is excellent, and he truly goes above and beyond for his guests. Highly, highly recommend.

Το Dar Sultan βρίσκεται στην ιστορική συνοικία Kasbah, κοντά στο κέντρο της Ταγγέρης. Στεγάζεται σε μια κατοικία μαροκινού στιλ 300 ετών, μόλις μερικές εκατοντάδες μέτρα από την παραλία. The staff was fabulous, the hotel was wonderful!

Situated in Tangier Medina, this B&B offers a terrace with a view of the beach and a massage room. Providing free Wi-Fi in the public areas, the property organises guided tours. Breakfast on the rooftop was amazing and so peaceful. At the end of the day, sitting on the roof is so relaxing with the cool breeze. The staff were so kind, helpful and welcoming. The wifi would sometimes disonnect, but overall very good 👌. The location and those small allies to get to the Dar were so breathtaking and reminded me of my hometown Damascus.. but yours were very taken care of not gonna lie lol. The things that I felt missing were the bidet for toilet, would have been nice to experience to take a break from the European toilets. Oh and in the bathroom, would have been nice to have something to scrape the water. Shukran kteer ya shabab inshallah nazourkom marra ukhra!

The apartment is simply stunning, every detail has been carefully thought out and beautifully executed. As someone who’s recently redesigned my own apartment, I truly admire great interior design, and I can confidently say that this place is a masterpiece. The lighting, furniture, and color choices all create such a cozy and elegant atmosphere. Big thumbs up to the designer for such tasteful work, and to the host, Simou, for being so friendly and welcoming. You can really feel that a lot of love and care went into this place. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!
