A wonderful guesthouse run by a very friendly and helpful family. The room was clean, cosy and warm, and although I only had the breakfast once it was delicious. Nothing was too much trouble, including helping me lock my car in the garage late at night and unlock early in the morning. One of the best guesthouses I have stayed at during my time in the South Caucasus.

Everything! It was home away from home. This place is a MUST stay when you visit Armenia. I have found my Armenian mum. I cannot wait to go back and visit. It felt like home. Such a warm and welcoming environment. The breakfast was incredible and everything was homemade!!

The hosts are very friendly and kind. The rooms are clean and cozy. We checked in after 8 pm and were welcomed with watermelon, fruits and coffee with sweets. The breakfast is included and is top-notch and very homely. The guest rooms are located inside the small garden.

It is a very nice and well furnished guesthouse managed by a kind lady and her mother who helps in preparing the meals. Cleanliness was top notch and the room was super comfortable (extra large bed, modern bathroom). There is even a chill-out zone on the upper floor. The breakfast is prepared by the owner’s mother and is varied and delicious.
