Everything :D The owner greeted us with warmth when we arrived and showed us around the beautifully reconstructed property. We stayed in the room with double bunk bed and one small bed: the room was spacious with nice interiors, private toilet and what's most important, it was very, very clean. Shared showers were also clean. There's a nice garden and a shared kitchen, where you can cook and chat with other guests and staff. Oh and there was a jug of freshly made water with fruit pieces waiting for us in the room <3 All in all, the best stay in Armenia by far!

We have been coming to this hotel for two years now, and it never disappoints! The rooms are always clean and comfortable, creating the perfect environment to relax after a long day. Dear Arusik, thank You for your exceptional hospitality! The location is perfect, close to everything and silent at the same time. Everything was spotless clean, very cozy, had all the amenities you would need for shorter, or longer stay. We were greeted with wide smiles, very delicious gata, on the second day best coffee we had in Armenia and we enjoyed our stay. On the first day when we arrived it was raining, so we enjoyed staying inside a lot. It was colder than usually, but the heating was on for our comfort. We appreciate people speaking English here, it is not popular language, and many places do not communicate in English, but Arusik spoke great English and her smile was very heartwarming! Very recommended, you do not find these guest house often ❤️

Really nice Guest House near the center.(10 Minutes walk) Very clean, comfortable and huge. It's like an AirBnB with everything you need. The owners are really friendly and take good care of you. There was even food grapes chocolate tea and more. Thank you so much for the time.
