An Armenian breakfast to die for! You have to try it! The place was great, clean and comfortable and the host Sahak was super friendly and welcoming, it was super easy to understand each other with Google translate! They also had cute kitties! Totally recommended!

I traveled alone but the size of the room was enough for two people. Brand new room, bathroom and extra large kitchen if you want to cook your self. But there is no need since the owner Arpine is a great cook. You have fresh produce for breakfast and you can ask for lunch or dinner to be cooked for you. You can pickup your own herbs and fruit from their extra large garden.

Quiet large room. Very friendly host Samvel met us. He cooked a great breakfast every morning. Upon arrival, the host treated us to a welcome drink and fruit. Samvel gave us many useful tips for continuing our journey. We stayed here for two days. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend! We booked this place after seeing the good reviews, and it actually exceeded our expectations. The host is very friendly and makes you feel at home - really! This place is a hidden gem in Armenia - Anna is an amazing host, so easy going and flexible. Our room was huge and comfortable, it’s a little family run guesthouse in the middle of Areni village so has a great local feel. We did a wine tasting, had a huge home cooked dinner and breakfast and loved every bit of it. Thank you for sharing with us!
