Staff were very helpful, providing information on supermarkets and anything else you'd need to know. Our room was large and comfortable with Air Con in the living room, but not bedroom, however the bedroom still cooled down no problem. The location is quiet despite being above a busy road. It is about 30 to 45 mins from town depending which direction you go, I don't recommend walking due to traffic and it's not a particularly nice walk. We did it once and then took Yandexgo. Nice outdoor area to sit and have a drink though a little noisy from the traffic below. Fantastic restaurant Keghar is 10 minutes walk up the hill, highly recommend going there.

Really great accommodation. I feel very good and comfortable here. The owners are very nice and friendly. Even though the apartment is outside the center and in an ordinary housing estate, I feel better here than in a hotel in the city center

We had a wonderful stay, the owner was absolutely lovely. Everything was very clean, there is a lovely outdoor area and a kitchenette. We had a small problem with a shower and it was fixed almost instantly! The rooms are small but very clean and cosy! The railway station and metro station are nearby, there's also a supermarket very close. Thank you!

Excellent position, about 15 minutes on foot from republic square, restaurants very near, cascade 20 minutes away on foot. Armenia is a very helpful, kind and smiling owner. The room is like a homestay, that means the bathroom is opposite room and a shared kitchen is outside too. But room is spacious, very clean, it has anything you may need photosas in booking. . Value for money.
