First of all, the owners Nicky and Mark are amazing, so welcoming and will do everything they can to make you feel at home and part of their family. They run the most lovely and relaxing place in an awesome location if you like some quiet time. You are at the edge of town almost inside the forest and with an incredible view of the snowy mountains surrounding you. The breakfast is very good and has everything you would expect. The room was amazing, so neatly organized and clean and we could see the attention that was given to the room in every little detail. The bed is super comfy and the shower is huge. Really amazing value for money ( I think that they should charge more for the room hahaha). We trully fell in love with Nicky and Mark and we cant wait to come back

The scenery from the window was great. It was a great friendly neighbourhood. The owner were very helpful even though there was a language barrier. A great place to stay and worth the money. Will recommend all to book this place and for our future Austrian trips we will try to book here more often.

The accommodation in the apartment was very nice, clean and in a wonderful environment at the beginning of the Postalm route. The pleasant and helpful staff, we appreciate the possibility of accommodating our dog. Nice surroundings for walking the dog and the possibility of swimming together with the dog at the two Wolfgangsee beaches (not for walking distance) Breakfast is tasty, more than enough.

We came to Austria for skiing and had a great experience in de Leopoldhof hotel. Beautiful spa, very comfortable apartment, nice staff and great service. Hotel is located in beautiful nature next to the lake. I could imagine it’s also very nice during summer.

Haus am Wald offers panoramic views over Lake Wolfgang and the Salzkammergut Mountains. Free WiFi and a private lakeside beach, which is 2 km away, are featured.

The apartment had absolutely everything that we could've wanted. Extremely well furnished with beautiful crockery, great views. Host very friendly and responsive, accommodating to our requests also. In the summer there are many insects, but one of the windows had an insect screen so we could still enjoy the breeze without getting bitten - this is the kind of attention to detail you can expect from this place! Extremely affordable for such a lovely apartment. Access to bus 150 (direct to Salzburg/ Bad Ischl) from the main road is convenient. As this property is located within Salzburg province, we had the guest mobility ticket for free public transport within Salzburg.
