My wallet was stolened in halstatt, the hotel owner and his family member help me to customer service and her wife even borrow me some crashes. That's help very much! Thank you very much!!! The hotel stands in a very nice location with a great view of the city. There is also a great walking path right beneath the hotel, which is well arranged even in winter and snowy conditions and nicely lighted at night. The hotel is very clean, well arranged with comfortable beds and small, but clean and fully equipped bathrooms. The staff is great, in 4 days we had no unanswered questions or unfulfilled wishes. The halfboard was excellent - self-service breakfasts with great choices and great dinner with obviously great chef's effort.
