We ware a group of family and friends of 2 adults and 4 teenagers. We rented the large appartment with 2 bedrooms and a very large livingroom with kitchen. Above us was the restaurant. Staff were very friendly, and the lady who checked us in was amazing, very helpful, and friendly. she expalind to us everything we need with smile. the location is stunning. we were surprised about the stunning view in the morning when we woke up as we arrived at night and the place is so quiet all we could hear there was rain dropping. the room is very clean and tidy. the whole atmosphere was cosy. the hotel offered us a one day silver premium card, which gave us free access to the nearby cable cars, and discounts on other activities such as mountain bikes, etc.. and we spent all the days on the mountains, and we had the best time ever. will definitely always come back again. can't wait to come back again in winter
