Loved it here! Such kind staff, lovely spacious room with gorgeous views, very clean, nice big TV, really comfy bed, a shower head!!!!! (not often seen round this part of Colombia), the view and pool are gorgeous and location is fab - close to Tayrona, close to restaurants and little shops etc. They stored our bags for free the next day after checkout. Would stay again without a doubt

Sometimes you visit places you will never believe that they exist. This is by far one of the most beautiful places you will ever visit, with the friendliest people in the world. Three brothers lived with the indigenous people, the Kongui, for six months and then spent two years building detailed copies of the indigenous huts in a beautiful spot in the Colombian jungle. The view is amazing and,, Rambo, one of the two brothers, will happily take you to the top of a mountain at six in the morning, where you can see the sun rise and the jungle awake. The birds fly and the monkeys swing around your ears, while the howler monkeys are also happy to let you know that they are present. After the beautiful, but tough morning walk, Sebastian has prepared a delicious and hearty breakfast for you. The accommodation has just opened, two months before our visit, and is actually not completely finished yet. Hut three and four are still under construction. That is why there are very few reviews yet. Normally, you can not eat there yet, but we asked about the possibility and Sebastian went shopping especially for us so that we could also provide a meal in the evening, for about ten dollars per person, including home-made tamarind juice and an abundance of natural tea. We could use Sebatians binoculars during our walks in Tayrona National Park, and his snorkeling equipment die free and learned a lot about the Kongui culture. Horseback riding and even a visit to an indigenous people are also possible. Unfortunately we didn't have time for this anymore. However, we will definitely come back, because these people are amazing and the place is wonderful.

We are happy that we chose to stay here, a quiet location surrounded by vegetation and birds of all kinds. The room met our expectations, clean, with hot water in the bathroom. The air conditioning system worked well. All of this is thanks to Jorge, who did everything possible to make our stay excellent, and we want to thank him for that. We recommend that you eat at the property, and the food cooked there was very good. The location is easy to find, and access to Tayrona Park is fairly close. Around the area, you can find some restaurants and shops for small purchases. You won't regret staying at Casa Kwalama! You get to support a great Colombian host while enjoying the sound of nature around you.

Señora Catarina and Señor Robinson were so kind and heartful. We felt home from the very beginning. The garden is magic and we were allowed to pick fruits out of it for eating. We could also use the kitchen sometimes. The place is very peaceful and close to the beach and the river. The street is a little bit noisy but all the animal sounds let it go in the background. The breakfast was amazing! We did a walk with señor Robinson and he explained us a few things about Tayrona and the surroundings. A nice view into the real Columbian life. Thanks for everything!
