Very good communication with the host before arrival. Very good reception, perfect breakfast with plenty to eat and drink. It deserves a fill 10 mark ! The inside parking lot with the closed gate made me feel safe. The information leaflets in the small tea-snack and rest place stole my heart. Thank you !

Nice and clean room. The owner is helpful and kind. The place is quite. The parking area is closed and included in the price. If Brno then Penzion Bird's Nest no doubt.

Great hotel, very nice staff and the best location there is.

The staff was very helpful and understanding. I arrived early in the morning tired and sweaty after the 18 hour bus trip, and I knew that check-in was only possible since 2 p.m., but I could freely leave my bag and even take a shower - which was something I didn't expect, but that was so much needed and appreciated. Location is excellent - the very centre and very good breakfast. Thank you for a lovely stay.
