Quite place not far aways from highway. We were travelling to Croatia. Good location, clean, comfortable rooms. Not far away big mall. Have good dinner with nice Czech beer! Good selection of breakfast. Highly recommend.

My 2nd stay here. A super clean new room, comfortable bed, secure parking inside the premises. Miss owner is extremely friendly and helpful. She sat in the car and came to open the main garage door for me when I was locked out. Outstanding.

We only stayed one night but the room, an apartment, was quite modern and nice. The owner was helpful and recommended an excellent Czech food restaurant close by. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location. Easy to get on/off the highway. The neighborhood is all old, beautiful villas. Close to the expo. There is a park nearby for runners, or can take advantage of the hilly streets with not much traffic. Breakfast buffet style. Scrambled eggs, various breads, bacon, coffee, tea, fruit, veggies and breads made with spreads and salami. Very good! The penzion is very clean as is the room. There is a community room which is basically a kitchen/dining area. There’s a fridge, sink, microwave and a bunch of tables. The exercise room which has an elliptical, stability ball, TRX strap. It’s not much but will do if you want to get a workout in. The staff is very friendly and fulfilled all my requests. The breakfast area is in a beautiful cellar, you will feel like in a chateau! Brick walls and ceilings with arches. Gorg!

I came to Brno from Prague for my Master's final exam and needed a nice quiet space to spend the night, and I had a very nice experience! It really made my day to have a "beer room" with all these beer themed decorations, I wasn't checking throughly when making my reservation, so it was a surprise, this concept is funny. The staff was friendly, room was pretty clean, common areas as well. I would defenitely choose this place again if I have to stay in Brno in the future.

The place is a fantastic economical stay walking distance to Brno. The area might have you raise an eyebrow but we had no issues walking. There is a wonderful little museum about the Romani people that is really worth visiting about a block and a 1/2 away. Old town Brno was about 15 minutes. The breakfasts were great. You have to try the carrot salad if you like garlic!
