The location was great, only 3 tram stops from the main station, and you can easily walk there in 15 minutes too. The staff was very helpful. In my case, due to an unforeseen cancellation, I had to move my booking with Gästehaus Ziegler to a later date, and they changed my booking swiftly and with no issues (even though I had not booked any cancellation or rescheduling options).

we were in Germany for the first time, we liked your country and this hotel so much that we decided to stay in this hotel for one more night. ...very good accomodation, clean room, good showers. Pleasant stay. The distance from the airport is quite long and unfriendly if your flight is too early and you won't find any public transportation. So, it's a 40min walk.
