It is a wonderful hotel!At first sight it is clear that everything is perfect!It has a small pretty courtyard with plants and flowers and when you enter it seems that you are somewhere in the countryside!It is so nice that you don’t want to leave this place!The room is very clean with a comfortable bed, pillows and wonderful linen.You have everything you need. The breakfast is very tasty and the restaurant is very cozy.It is so nice to have a meal in such a pleasant and atmospheric place. The location is perfect, close enough to the main centre for a lovely walk, yet far enough to be nice and quiet. Staff are beyond helpful, english is spoken too. Big supermarket nearby as well as lots of food options. Place was clean, fresh towels everyday and a nice secure parking. We parked 2 Motorcycles securely locked behind gates. Breakfast was great, really can't speak highly enough of this place. Do I need to mention Hot showers!

Yaziel’s welcome was amazing; she offered me hot tea after a long, cold ride on the motorbike. The place is beautifully decorated and the location is in a mini town called ”Tarqui”, some 20 minutes south of Cuenca. You can take buses from the main road to Cuenca, every fifteen minutes or so for 1 dollar. Or taxi for 10 dollars. The place is clean, Beds are comfy, the kitchen is free to use, the shower has hot water and the breakfast is delicious. The place is very dog friendly, too :).

A wonderful stylish boutique hotel in an old building: super friendly and helpful hosts, great location on Calle Largo close to the he old city centre and to the new town across the river. We loved the courtyard garden, the upstairs living room with a view, the excellent bed, the good hot water shower, and the wardrobe and drawers. The breakfasts were great with lots of really good coffee. fruit, hibiscus juice, ham, cheese, eggs and toast. Our hosts, Mark and Alonzo gave us a guide to good restaurants in the area. For sure try to have lunch at Cuyo. When we visit Cuenca again we would not consider staying anywhere else.
