Anyone coming to Luxor should stay here. From this location you can easily explore the East or West side as the public ferry is a minutes away. Vodafone and an a good ATM are a minute away and there are many shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. The property is beautiful from the architecture to the decor it was the perfect fusion of luxury and authenticity. The breakfast was impressive with many delicious dishes mainly local but with some extras and all homemade. Finally the hosts in this family owned and run property provided excellent service going above and beyond our expectations, we felt completely taken care of.

The house has the best location in Luxor, on the countryside with a view over the valley of the kings. The hosts were excellent and helped us with getting around.

The name says it all: a peaceful oasis in the middle of the desert. Super friendly staff always caring about you. They let me do an early check in. Dinner was just delicious, different food every night. WiFi was really fast. The best place to stay on your visit to Luxor.

The location, the host, the accomodation were exquisite. The staff helped us with our luggage on the stairs, the room was clean and bed comfortable, so we had a good night sleep. Breakfast was also good and we had a very nice dinner with local touch. You can find here beer and wine. We definitely recommend this place!

Great location in a quiet area of the West Bank, but 5 min away from the ferry/private boat dockings, cafes, and restaurants. The room was really clean and comfortable, as well as the swimming pool, where to dip after hot days. Ibrahim and the rest of the staff were super friendly and attentive. I arrived really late in the night, and he organised a very smooth pick up at the airport. Recommended ++

Absolutely charming guesthouse run by Tayeb and his family, who were extremely hospitable and welcoming – they were kind enough to let us check in early after our overnight train from Cairo and to keep one room for a few extra hours on our last day. The breakfast is incredible – we couldn't believe how much food there was, and it just kept coming! The aubergines with tahini were a particular highlight, and we all loved the halawa spread; we also had dinner one night, which was one of our favourite meals of the whole trip. For our second night, Tayeb recommended an amazing local restaurant, which was our other favourite meal! He also arranged a taxi to bring us back. Nothing was too much trouble, and we felt totally relaxed and at home. Would recommend without reservation to anyone wanting to experience Egyptian hospitality and to support a local family. Oh, and we loved being able to watch the hot air balloons over the Valley of the Kings in the morning! Great viewpoint from the terrace.
