I had a big, clean and extremely comfortable room with a view to the sea, perfect! The bed was huge as was the tv, great shower too. The breakfast room was lovely and bright, same view, nicely cooked food with plenty on offer. Vicki is a friendly, helpful manager, nothing was too much trouble, she's lovely. I was helped with my bags by 2 affable guys, I couldn't recommend this charming stay highly enough.

We arrived after check in time and Becky stayed on to meet us for check in. She upgraded our room which was a delightful suprise, as the room was massive, perfectly clean and extremely comfy. It's in a superb location and family run. Becky is the definition of superhost!

The location of this hotel was absolutely ideal. About a 5 minute walk from the Brighton Pier. Only 20 minutes walk (downhill) from Brighton Train station. If I return to Brighton I would definitely stay here again. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. I arrived at 1pm and while check in time was 3pm, I was told my room might only take 30 minutes to an hour to be ready. I left my bad at reception and when I returned at 3pm it had already been placed in my room. I also had problems with my phone and the reception staff (at The Charm, the sister hotel two doors up - this reception is manned more often than the one at Sea Spray but this isn't an inconvenience) were very friendly and helpful. I was allowed to use the phone to make a call and the computer to connect with family after losing my phone. This was invaluable as a solo traveller. Bed was large and comfortable.

Staff were lovely and helpful, especially as we were checking in later in the evening. Perfect location for everything. Lovely rooms and the beds were so comfortable. Loved the bathrobe and slippers and the toiletries were a nice touch too. The bedside lights were beautiful. Well worth the price. Have already booked to stay again.
